About the Role

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for strategically managing, growing, and retaining key Luxury exhibitors while identifying new business opportunities across the fine-jewelry and timepieces sectors. This role blends consultative selling with relationship management.

Luxury is North America’s premier destination for the world’s most distinguished fine jewelry and timepiece brands.  An invitation-only event, Luxury offers an elite buying experience that combines high-end product sourcing, relationship-building, and personalized service. Curated for prestige and exclusivity, the show brings together leading designers, manufacturers, and retailers in an environment designed for meaningful business connections.

Luxury is part of the RX Jewelry portfolio of events, produced by RX Global, and is recognized as the pinnacle event where the industry’s most influential brands and buyers come together to preview the latest collections, discover emerging trends, and engage in the most important conversations shaping the luxury jewelry and watch market.

Responsibilities

  • Own an assigned book of Luxury exhibitor accounts; achieve and exceed individual and event revenue targets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, contracting, and post-event rebooking.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier exhibitors and brands, building long-term partnerships.

  • Source and onboard new exhibitors aligned with Luxury’s quality standards and brand positioning.  Sourcing may include attending competitive trade events, industry gatherings, and virtual networks to identify prospects.  Growth can come from partnering with RX’s international teams to attract emerging designers and new business

  • Identify growth opportunities across booth upgrades and sponsorships.

  • Contribute to strategic sales plans based on industry trends, customer goals, and portfolio objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant—providing data, trend insights, and recommendations to maximize client success.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and event leadership to deliver exceptional client experience pre-, during, and post-show.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure exhibitor satisfaction and ROI.

  • Curation of show floor to ensure Luxury maintains the appropriate blend of exhibitors

  • Utilize best practices and standards within Salesforce. Input accurate and complete data, manage your territory and pipeline, and hit daily output goals of all sales tools

  • Support cross-event initiatives such as exhibitor education, sponsorship ideation, and VIP buyer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Have 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or premium events.

  • Demonstrate proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets through consultative selling.

  • Possess excellent relationship-management and client-service orientation with C-suite decision-makers in the Luxury Industry.

  • Have a strategic mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, pipeline health, and market trends.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Have a high comfort level operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Be proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and MS Office suite; familiarity with digital-media sales a plus.

  • Be able to travel as required by business


U.S. National Base Pay Range: $79,800 - $148,100. Total Target Cash: $122,800 - $228,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
If performed in New York, the pay range is $87,800 - $163,000, the TTC is $135,100 - $250,900. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $91,800 - $170,400, the TTC is $141,200 - $262,300. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $75,900 - $140,700, the TTC is $116,700 - $216,700.

Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
