工作职责:
- 大客户支持与关系维护: 作为管理层延伸,协助维护与关键大客户(主要为制造业企业高层管理者)的长期、稳固关系,确保高水平的客户满意度和留存率。
- 客户需求分析与方案制定: 敏锐洞察并整合客户需求,协助管理层撰写、准备并呈现专业的、价值导向的整合营销方案(包括但不限于展位、广告、会议及增值服务)。
- 项目对接与执行: 负责方案获得客户认可后的全流程对接与协调执行工作,作为内部(各部门)与外部(客户)的核心沟通枢纽,确保项目高效、精准落地。
- 高端商务活动支持: 筹备高层级客户会议、商务宴请及行业活动,负责前期准备、现场支持及后期跟进,展现专业的公司形象。
- 沟通与报告: 准备精准、及时的报告与简报,高效处理中英文商务信函,确保内外沟通顺畅、专业。
- 市场与客户洞察: 保持对行业趋势、重点客户动态的敏感度,并为管理层提供有效的洞察与信息支持。
任职资格:
- 经验: 十年以上大客户管理、高端商务支持、整合营销或项目管理工作经验。具备会展、B2B制造业、市场营销或管理咨询行业背景者优先。
- 核心能力:卓越的客户关系管理能力: 精通与高层级客户建立信任、维持长期关系的策略与方法。 战略思维与商业敏锐度: 能够理解客户业务痛点,从价值创造角度思考并提出解决方案。出色的利益相关者管理: 具备强大的跨部门沟通与协调能力,能高效调动资源解决问题。主动性与预期性思维: 能主动识别风险与机会,提前行动,防患于未然。
- 语言能力: 优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力(CET-6或同等以上水平),能作为工作语言进行流畅的商务谈判、方案撰写及会议交流。
- 教育背景: 本科及以上学历,商务、管理、市场营销、传播或相关专业优先。
- 个人特质: 形象气质专业得体,具备极强的沟通影响力与情境适应能力,能沉着应对高压环境。

About our Team
RX Global aims to create unforgettable experiences for attendees and exhibitors through organizing events. Innovation, creativity, and collaboration drive the company to offer exceptional services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Support and Relationship Maintenance: Act as an extension of management to assist in maintaining long-term, stable relationships with key clients (primarily senior management in the manufacturing sector) to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Client Needs Analysis and Proposal Development: Keenly insight and integrate client needs, assist management in drafting, preparing, and presenting professional, value-driven integrated marketing proposals (including but not limited to booths, advertising, meetings, and value-added services).
- Project Coordination and Execution: Responsible for full-process coordination and execution after the proposal gains client approval, acting as the core communication hub between internal departments and external clients, ensuring efficient and precise project implementation.
- High-end Business Event Support: Prepare for high-level client meetings, business dinners, and industry events, responsible for preliminary preparation, onsite support, and follow-up to demonstrate a professional corporate image.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports and briefings, efficiently handle business correspondence in both English and Chinese, ensuring smooth and professional internal and external communication.
- Market and Client Insights: Maintain sensitivity to industry trends and key client dynamics, providing effective insights and information support to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Over ten years of experience in key account management, high-end business support, integrated marketing, or project management. Preference for background in exhibitions, B2B manufacturing, marketing, or management consulting industries
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional client relationship management skills: Proficient in strategies and methods to establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with senior clients.
- Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Capable of understanding client business pain points, thinking from a value-creation perspective, and proposing solutions.
- Outstanding Stakeholder Management: Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, effectively mobilizing resources to solve problems.
- Proactivity and Anticipatory Thinking: Able to proactively identify risks and opportunities, take early action, and prevent issues. - Language Skills: Excellent English speaking and written communication skills (CET-6 or equivalent), able to conduct fluent business negotiations, proposal writing, and conference communication as a working language.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Personal Traits: Professional and presentable image, strong communication and influencing skills, adaptability to different situations, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
