Connecting market-leading technologies with the clean energy sector.

Registration is now open for Energy Next, a free-to-attend industry event focusing on the latest renewable energy and energy management technologies, which will be held alongside the Clean Energy Council’s Australian Clean Energy Summit. The event will be held at the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Sydney on the 19th-20th July. Interested in visiting? Click here to register for the free-to-attend event.

Organised by the same people behind the country’s largest clean energy event, All-Energy Australia, Energy Next will bring a quality exhibition and technical session series to NSW. Energy Next will also host the Clean Energy Council’s Solar Masterclass, a one-stop-shop for solar installers to get their fix of expert advice on the big design and installation issues facing the industry. Installers and designers will also be able to earn up to 60 CPD points and hear the latest updates on standards and compliance issues.

“The combination of Energy Next with the Australian Clean Energy Summit offers significant added value by giving attendees first-hand exposure to the technologies and innovations driving Australia’s clean energy transition. It will also help to increase collaboration across the industry, giving technology suppliers the opportunity to create connections and explore opportunities with the industry’s most senior executives and decision makers. The Clean Energy Council is delighted to welcome Energy Next to the Australian Clean Energy Summit and is looking forward to a fantastic event in July,” Kane Thornton, Chief Executive, Clean Energy Council, said.

Across two days, Energy Next will bring a quality exhibition to New South Wales and provide technical sessions, workshops and networking opportunities for those working in the clean energy industry, including a networking function on the first day of the event.

“With NSW’s exciting plans to shift to renewables, Energy Next’s inaugural face-to-face edition arrives on the industry’s calendar at an important time and is well-positioned to cater to the NSW clean energy market. The event is set to be the destination in NSW for the industry to connect with suppliers face-to-face, collaborate with peers and learn from industry experts about the latest industry developments. We’re proud to be partnering with the Clean Energy Council in delivering an event that can help build the future of NSW’s clean energy industry,” Robby Clark, Portfolio Director at Energy Next, said.

Energy Next’s exhibition will feature the latest renewable energy and energy management technologies and solutions from leading suppliers, from solar PV to energy storage and EV charging stations to energy monitoring software. Visitors to Energy Next will also have free access to technical sessions and workshops, with expert speakers discussing the latest technical issues and opportunities facing the industry.  The program will focus on three themes:

1.      Technology: Products, innovations and new clean energy sources set to change how we generate and use power

2.      The Future Energy Mix: What our energy mix looks like today and how we're making progress in shifting towards a low-carbon energy system

3.      Research & Development: The impetus to drive renewable energy projects and initiatives forward

An extensive range of topics will be covered in the technical sessions including hydrogen energy, electric vehicles, battery storage, digital transformation, and much more.

Energy Next is proudly supported by the NSW Government. Their support coincides with the state's Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap and $750 million Net Zero Industry and Innovation Program, demonstrating the NSW Government's commitment to Australia's clean energy transition.
